HEADLINE SPONSOR
As the headline sponsor your company name and logo would precede and/or be a part of the series name, example (John Does Arsenal Series), (Arsenal Series brought to you by John Doe). You will have on site advertising and the first opportunity on your unlimited sign locations, including a finish line banner; the opportunity to use the track on three (3) occasions for your customers and/or riders for private practice sessions or customer appreciation night. Our Professional announcer will hype your name at all race events as choreographed by you and we will pass out any printed material of yours at the gate. Your company name and logo will appear on our website, bottled water and on all printed materials including shirts, plaques, trophies, coats and year end Arsenal Series awards. You may also set up a display booth at all events.
CHAMPIONSHIP RACE SPONSOR
As sponsor of our Championship Race for the 2010 Season, your company name will be announced at least ten (10) times as that evening race being brought to you by, then followed by your information as written by you. Your company will also be announced once at all other races. Two (2) signs or banners will be installed for the year at location of your choice. We will pass out any printed material of yours at the gate and your company logo will appear on all printed material, including State Championship awards. You may also set up a display booth at this event.
NIGHTLY SPONSOR
As a nightly sponsor your company will be announced at least ten (10) times as that evening's race being brought to you by, and then followed by your information as written by you. Your company will also be announced once at all other races. Location of two other signs or banners for the year will be installed. We will pass out any material of yours at the gate. Your company name and logo will appear on all printed material. You may also set up a display booth during your event night.
SECONDARY SPONSOR:
As a secondary sponsor you will be allowed the placement of two (2) signs for the year, we will read your written announcement once during each race and your name and logo will appear on all printed materials.
TRACK SIGNS/BANNERS
We will install a banner or sign for that entire season, location of your choice. We will pass out any material of yours at the gate. (Your company name and logo will appear on all printed material.
