If traffic is backed up on Arsenal Road, proceed to
Wilmington Exit, go (R) to Blodgett (L).
From West: 80 to 47(S) to Bluff Road (L) over Illinois River to stop light- about 10 miles to stop sign go through but turns into Lorenzo Road and continue N directions.
